No. Every figure we quote you is before GST, which is added at the prevailing rate on the licence, the yearly support and the subscription alike.

It depends on which ones, and we would rather quote you than publish a table you have to decode. Tell us what you run today and we will price exactly that, and show you what each addition does to the number.

They differ here, and it is the real difference between them. On a bought licence the platform keeps running — you own it; you stop receiving updates, managed backups and support, and you can restart the yearly cover later. On a subscription, access ends when the year does, and you take a full export before it.

Yes, and the usual direction is subscribe first, buy later. If you decide to buy within the first two years we count what you have already paid toward the licence, so trying it the cautious way costs you nothing.

You take a full export of everything — members, classes, attendance, marks, fees, documents — and we delete our copy on your word. That is the same on both models.
